PHARMACOVIGILANCE

A system for monitoring the safety and efficacy of medicines (pharmacovigilance) will be introduced at the enterprise of MChJ «Nobel Pharmsanoat» ChEK and works in accordance with current regulatory documents such as the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On protecting the health of citizens”, Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 399 dated January 4, 2016 “On medicinal means and pharmaceutical activities” (Article 13. Pharmacovigilance), Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 13 dated 03/09/2018 “On approval of the regulation on the procedure for informing identified adverse reactions when using medicines”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 03/23/2018 No. 213 "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for state registration of medicines, medical devices and medical equipment and the issuance of a registration certificate."

The system includes the collection of information from all subjects who used the drug (patients, pharmacists, doctors, etc.) in real clinical practice.

Pharmacovigilance is an activity aimed at identifying, evaluating and preventing adverse reactions, which are unintended and adverse reactions for the body observed in humans when using a medicinal product in accordance with the instructions for its use. Medical institutions, pharmacies and organizations that produce, sell and use medicines are required to inform the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in writing about all cases of adverse reactions detected when using medicines[1].

If you have information regarding adverse reactions, or lack of efficacy of medicinal products manufactured by MChJ «Nobel Pharmsanoat» ChEK, we suggest that you fill out a report on a suspected adverse reaction, or lack of efficacy of a medicinal product, or provide the necessary information in any way convenient for you:
